Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are prepared the same day. Everything else ships within one to two business days.

Packaging

Lyophilised vials are packed with insulating material and cold packs where ambient temperatures require it. Each vial travels with its lot-matched Certificate of Analysis.

Rates

Standard domestic shipping is $12.00. Orders over $299 after discounts ship free. Your $1 pick counts toward the order but at its discounted price.

Delivery

Domestic transit is typically two to four business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. We are not able to alter an address after a label has been generated.
