Account email, order contents and shipping details, plus any message you send our support team. We do not collect health information and ask that you never send it to us.

How it is used

Solely to fulfil orders, provide documentation, apply your monthly $1 pick, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing email

Newsletter subscription is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional order email.

Retention and deletion

Order records are retained as required for accounting and traceability. To request account deletion, contact support from the email address on the account.
