Sealed vials only

Because these are analytical reference materials, we cannot accept the return of any vial whose seal has been broken. Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report damage or a picking error within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and vials. We replace or refund in full, including shipping.

Out-of-specification material

If independent analysis shows a lot falls outside the specification on its Certificate of Analysis, send us your results. Verified cases are refunded in full and the remaining lot is withdrawn from sale.

A refunded order that included a $1 pick restores that month's pick to your account.
